Hieronim Jedroszkowiak's, known simply as Hieronim, paintings might best be described as Abstract Expressionism. He, however, referred to his style simply as “moving form.”Hieronim’s work was reviewed in Meubles et Decors in June of 1970. This article by Roger Cardon points out that before 1970 Hieronim did not exhibit his work or feel the need “to present his work...to the great public.” Cardon points out that the artists is interested in painting “what he calls ‘the moving form’ of things. This does not mean letting the large coloured surfaces play amongst each other, nor catching the vibration of colours, but making a careful study of the dynamism of the object by the harmonious fusion of colors. Nothing is traced, everything is merged. Nothing is static, everything is mobile in such a way that the eye is constantly enticed in a magnificent roundabout, resulting in an astonishing impression of movement and diversion.”
